All you cats & canaries bring your buckets to this ritzy affair!
When the Volstead Act passed 98 years ago, it ushered in an era of bootleggers and speakeasies. The Chicago, Detroit, and New York bootleggers may get all the attention (Lawless, Boardwalk Empire), but Arizona has a surprising and lively prohibition history that resonates to this day. On Saturday, October 21st, Arizona Hops and Vines will again, celebrate that history with a party nearly 100 years in the making.
Like all good speakeasies, this one will require a password! Make sure you like us on Facebook to find out what it is... we'll post it as the day gets closer ;)
